Quick Microwave Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Core and shred the cabbage
  2. Mix cabbage with the melted butter and cook in microwave for 7 minutes
  3. Mix the cabbage, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, and Pepperidge farm dressing mix.
  4. Put in a 9 x 12 casserole dish, Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Microwave on Hi for 7 more minutes.
  6. Let set for 3 - 5 minutes, then serve.
