Quick Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 (10 oz) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can whole mushrooms
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Dice bacon and fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add celery and onion. Fry 4 minutes.
  3. Add everything else and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350' for 1 hour.
