Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 medium apple

Directions:

  1. Melt butter. mix flour, sugar, and milk. Pour mixture into baking dish over hot butter. Pour fruit and juince on tip of batter. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes
