No Milk Milkshake!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Put banana, honey and almonds in blender.
  2. Blend till banana is mushed and almonds are ground.
  3. Add water (and ice).
  4. Blend for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour into 2 glasses.
  6. Enjoy.
