Quick 1 Pan Kielbasa Dinner

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice kelbasa in rings then in 1/2.
  2. Drain & rinse saurkraut & potatoes.
  3. Chop apple(remove skin if desired) & onion.
  4. Spray a large fry pan with cooking spray. Saute onion & apple until onion is golden.
  5. Add rest of ingredients.
  6. Lower heat & cover.
  7. Cook until heated thru about 15 minutes.
  8. Serves 4-6.
