Crock Pot Kielbasa & Sauerkraut

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 lbs kielbasa
  • 2 (32 oz) packages sauerkraut
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Slice 1 onion into thin strips and caramelize.
  2. Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
  3. Slice kielbasa into 1-inch lengths.
  4. Combine water, cider and brown sugar.
  5. Combine all ingredients well in crock pot.
  6. Cook on high 6 hours.
