Kielbasa Stew

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes on bottom of slow cooker, top with half of your kielbasa.
  2. Top that with sauerkraut and then the rest of the kielbasa.
  3. Cover with apples and onions.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with caraway seeds.
  6. Cook in crock-pot for 4 hours on high/7 or 8 on low.
  7. Top each serving with Swiss cheese.
  8. Serve with some nice hard rolls.
  9. Enjoy!
