Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon in frying pan and use some grease to saute onions and garlic. OR use real bacon crumbles purchased in a bag.
  2. Whisk together eggs, cream, thyme, spinach, pepper and salt.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Grease 8x8 glass pan with oil.
  5. Layer 2/3 bacon crumbles and sauted onion and garlic on bottom of pan to form a crust.
  6. Whisk the rest of bacon into egg mixture.
  7. Pour egg mixture into pan.
  8. Bake 40 minutes, until risen and browned on top.
