Easy Spinach and Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shells

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Saute mushrooms and spinach in butter or margarine.
  3. Beat together milk and eggs and then add seasonings.
  4. Combine the two mixtures and pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.
