Quiche to Go: Bacon and Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/10 lb bacon

Directions:

  1. 3 slices of bacon (could not get recipe analyzer to compute that)
  2. Mix the above, place equal amounts in foil baking cups, bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  3. Can be frozen and reheated.
