Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp rose water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a prepared cookie sheet, preferably lined with silicone paper.
  3. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. When the puffs have risen, brush them with rosewater and sprinkle with sugar
  5. Return to oven until golden.
