Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar (artificial sweetener can be used in place )
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 quart milk
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, eggs last, and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Turn heat down to 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean from the middle.
