Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*. Grease 12-cup muffin pan. (or use paper liners)
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients.
  4. Mix the liquid and dry ingredients together.
  5. Fill each muffin cup 1/3 full. Add 1 teaspoon of jam to each muffin cup. Then finish filling cups to 2/3 full.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
