Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until blended. Then mix all ingredients together.
  2. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Serve with lightly sweetened, softly whipped cream.
