Blend eggs on high for 5 minutes. Gradually, add sugar - beat well. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Then add all dry ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
When cake is done, turn onto a kitchen towel that has been sprinkled with powder sugar. Roll up and let cool; then unroll and spread with the filling and roll back up. Keep in refrigerator.
