Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except milk and brown sugar into a blender.
  2. Blend until spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Add milk and brown sugar then blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into pie crust.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour, or until it sets.
