Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, pumkin and oil until smooth.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add chocolate chips.
  6. Either grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
  7. Bake at 400 F for 16-20 minutes.
  8. ENJOY!
