Ingredients:

  • 3 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 can pumpkin (15 oz)

Directions:

  1. In the mixing bowl combine the water, canola oil, eggs, and pumpkin. In a second bowl combine the flour, sugar salt baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  2. Add the contents of the second bowl to the items in the mixing bowl and combine until just mixed.
  3. Pour into greased bread pans. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
