Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Blend first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add remaining and mix until blended.
  3. Fill paper muffin cups with batter and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
