Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp lemon peel
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz pineapple yogurt or 8 oz mandarian orange flavored yogurt or 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 -2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease and flour a 12 bundt or tube pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend at low speed till mixed then for 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes until the top of the cake springs back with lightly touched in the center. Cool the cake upright in pan for 15 minutes then remove from pan and cool completely.
  3. Pour glaze on once it is completely cooled.
