Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. Add sifted mixutre and blend with pumpkin mixture. Spread batter into ungreased 15 x 10x 1 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
