Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 oz of soften cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Mix the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend the flour, baking powder and soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Blend them both together.
  4. Add to an ungreased jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Once cooled.
  7. Frost the bars and either put the walnuts in the frosting or on top.
