Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, oil and eggs.
  3. Dissolve the baking soda in the 2 teaspoons of milk.
  4. Add the dissolved baking soda and vanilla.
  5. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Drop by teaspoons on a lightly greased sheet.
  9. Bake about 10-12 minutes.
