Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  2. Grease 11 x 16 inch jelly roll pan.
  3. Beat sugar, pumpkin, eggs, and oil.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Pour into a greased 11x16-inch edged cookie sheet (jellyroll pan).
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  7. Let cool completely
  8. Frost with cream cheese frosting
