Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredient in a bag or right in the baking pan
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until fork insert easily into potatoes, but does not break apart
  3. Enjoy for dinner as a side dish
  4. -refrigerate overnight-
  5. Add to pan over medium heat with a bit of oil or butter
  6. Fry until hot and browned
  7. Enjoy as home fries with breakfast
