Potato Salat With Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash, cooked, peel potatoes,
  2. Cut into slices
  3. Make a creamy sauce of
  4. Lemon juice, oil, sherry, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper.
  5. Pour over potatoes
  6. Leave to let the aroma soak through the potatoes
  7. Peel shallot, chop finely.
  8. Slice in half avocado, remove pit, peel, sprinkle with lemon immediately to keep from getting brown.
  9. Cut avocado halves in three sections, then into wedges, not too thin.
  10. Add to potatoes
  11. Wash Rucola, remove the hard end of the stem, cut into small strips, saving a handful for later decoration
  12. Add shrimp and rucola to patatoes, mixing well.
  13. Check seasoning
  14. Decorate with remaining rucola - serve!
  15. Voilá! a glass of chilled white wine will go well.
