Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse the potatoes and cook them in water and salt.
  2. Peel the cooked potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  3. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the previously drained tuna.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, the oil, the onion, the parsley, the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix all ingredients well, cover the bowl with a plastic film and keep the bowl in the fridge until serving.
