Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tbsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Heat medium skillet to medium high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick and wide cubes.
  3. Add potatoes to skillet.
  4. Sprinkle garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, and salt over potatoes and stir.
  5. Let cook for 4-6 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to low and add milk and butter.
  7. Stir and simmer on low heat for 2-4 minutes or until tender.
  8. Enjoy! :).
