Potato, Ham and Feta Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, drain.
  2. Heat feta cheese oil over low in a frying pan.
  3. Add oregano and tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in olives, feta cubes and ham.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Add cooked potatoes and heat thouroughly.
  7. Pour salad into a bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
