Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes-(we love yukon gold)-peel & cut 1/8th inch round slices
  • salt -to taste
  • pepper -to taste

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400
  2. Spray baking sheet with Pam Spray
  3. Make a 5inch circle with the potatoes in one layer.
  4. Now overlap with a 2nd layer on top of the first layer (bottom of potatoes are not entirely on baking sheet except for first one put down-overlap them when doing layers.
  5. Brush gallettes wtih oil then season with salt and pepper
  6. Bake approx 25-30min until all potatoes are golden brown and softened.
  7. Invert the gallettes onto a serving dish and enjoy!
