Ingredients:

  • 1 cup potato
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 cups broth

Directions:

  1. Boil and mash potatoes.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes with flour, baking powder, eggs, and salt.
  3. Drop into boiling broth by teaspoonfuls.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
