Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 11/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and butter on low.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mix well.
  3. Sift dry ingredients - add alternately with milk.
  4. If frozen blueberries, sprinkle with flour and add 1/2 cup at a time - stirring by hand - add rest of blueberries.
  5. Grease and flour muffin tins.
  6. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes for regular size muffins.
  7. Leave muffins in pan for approximately 15-20 minutes to cool.
