Zucchini Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except butter, in order listed.
  2. Heat butter, 1 T.
  3. For each batch of pancakes, in a large skillet or griddle.
  4. Pour 1/4 C.
  5. Batter into skillet, cook until light brown, flip and cook the second side.
  6. Serve immediately.
