Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage & saute onions at same time
  2. Add roux and about 1/2 cup of the water until it looks creamy
  3. Add the cubed potatoes and cook 5 mins.
  4. Add the rest of the water, seasonings and bouillon cubes
  5. Let it cook on low for about 35-45 mins.
  6. Stirring often.
