Potato and Celery Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 100 -150 g dill
  • 4 medium pickles
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. First cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 20 to 30 minutes,then peel and let them cool so that you can cut them easily,afterwards
  2. Chop the celery stalks into very tiny pieces and
  3. Do the same for the potatoes and pickles,.
  4. Then chop the Dills really well,.
  5. Mix everything together in a large bowl and
  6. Add olive oil,mayonnaise, salt and pepper and stir.
