Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pan or wok cook bratwurst in a small amount of water until cooked through.
  2. Slice brats and set aside. (I slice the brats into 10 slices each)
  3. Slice or shred cabbage and pile it in the pan. pour the stewed tomatoes over the cabbage, sprinkle with the caraway seed. Simmer until cabbage cooks down (tender, but not overcooked), stirring occasionally.
  4. Add sliced sausage back into pan and heat through.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
