Directions:

  1. Cut pork into 1 pieces, coat in flour and brown in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Remove from pan. Saute all vegetables. Combine broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, wine, and ginger; stir well. Add pork and broth mixture to pan. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice.
