Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground round
  • 2/3 cup minute rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2/3 cup catsup
  • 2/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients except water and catsup. Roll into 1 1/2 in. balls and place in 9 X 13 baking dish. Mix together catsup and water and pour over meatballs. Bake 350% preheated overn for 1 hour.
