Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, except the tomato sauce.
  2. When the mixture is smooth and even, turn into a well greased 20ck loaf pan. Make sure the top of the meat is smooth, then spread the top with tomato sauce.
  3. Bake at 180C for 1 hour, when sauce will have formed a crust.
