  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg in mixing
  2. Bowl. In separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Combine milk
  3. And pumpkin in large measuring cup. Add milk and pumpkin mixture to
  4. Dry ingredients, mixing well. Fold egg whites into flour mixture.
  5. Heat griddle to medium and brush lightly with oil. Pour 1/4 cup
  6. Batter onto griddle for each pancake. Cook until tops are bubbly
  7. Then turn and cook until remaining side is golden brown.
