Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix mayo with egg, vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and add relish to taste. Mix.
  2. Put lettuce into salad bowl, add chicken, tomatoes and salad dressing. Mix well.
  3. Divide salad among 6 plates and garnice with cheese, ham, and more tomatoes.
