Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/2 cup nuts (chopped )
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 -4 tsp water
  • food coloring, to tint

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at meduim speed. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. When cool, make a glaze, mix until smooth, tint with food color and pour over cake.
