Pineapple Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Chop onion into fairly large pieces.
  2. Steam broccoli seperately.
  3. Saute onions in 1tsp olive oil.
  4. When onions are slightly browned, drain the juice from the can of pineapples into the pan (reserve pineapples).
  5. Add soy sauce, white wine, brown sugar, ketcup and whatever spices you like. Bring it to a light boil, add flour.
  6. Add chicken, simmer on low heat.
  7. When chicken is almost cooked (approx. 10 minutes), add pineapple and broccoli.
  8. Serve immediately over brown rice.
