Pineapple Mallow Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 3 cup miniature marshmallows

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage and pineapple
  2. In another bowl, mix together mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery salt.
  3. Stir mixture into cabbage and pineapple.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Fold in marshmallows and cranberries 30 minutes prior to serving.
