Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix in order given and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  2. You can use paper lined muffin cups, if you wish.
