  2. Add an egg
  3. Stir slightly and gradually add milk to form a smooth runny consistency.
  4. Ladle tablespoon size servings into a hot greased frying pan.
  5. Wait till bubbles form on top of mixture and turn till other side is cooked.
  6. Add your choice of topping. (unlimited)
