Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch italian seasoning
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • 4 -5 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Clean and trim the stem of peppers,pierce the sides of the peppers, place in jars.
  2. Add 1 tea salt, pinch of italian seasoning, and three or four cloves of garlic, a dab of oil.
  3. Mix equal parts of water and white vinegar.
  4. Boil for 10 minutes and then process in water bath.
