  1. Cook beef until done
  2. Mix with picante sauce and sour cream.
  3. Stuff bread and enjoy!
  4. Note: I've also used steak-ums for the meat. and the sopaipilla portion of Beef Stuffed Sopaipillas for the pocket bread yum.
