Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp soda
  • 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-1/2 tsp soft butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly then place into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 325.
