Apple Nut Carrot Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Then add remaining and mix.
  3. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
